1 oz lemon juice

Salt or chili powder for the rim
Rim the glass with salt or chili powder.
In a shaker, mix the mezcal, lemon juice, agave syrup and ice.
Shake and serve in a glass with ice.

Chili piquin to taste
Mix the mezcal, pineapple juice and lemon juice in a shaker.
Add ice and a touch of piquín chili.
